At Dynamic Intuition, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. In the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dynamicintuition@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item(s) back to us. Please note that all returns must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet these requirements.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including shoes, and custom products (such as digital downloads or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We aim to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
